1. Products and Donations
1.1 The website offers for purchase various merchandise including t-shirts, sweatshirts, and baseball caps (collectively, “Products”).
1.2 You may also choose to make a donation to support RogerUp.org’s mission (the “Donation”).
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 To place an order for Products, you must follow the online ordering process on the Website. You will be responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the checkout process.
2.2 Prices for Products and suggested donation amounts are listed on the Website. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
2.3 We accept payment through secure online payment methods as offered on the Website. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.4 Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
3. Shipping
3.1 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.
3.2 Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control.
3.3 You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes associated with your purchase.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1 We only accept returns for unworn and unwashed products with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. See our Returns and Exchanges policy.
4.2 We do not offer refunds or exchanges on donations.

4.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Donations
5.1 All donations made through the Website are final and non-refundable.
5.2 Donations will be used to support RogerUp.org’s mission, as described on the Website.
